This was my first visit and I had an exceptional first impression. The staff were so welcoming and easy to talk to. This was the first time I felt comfortable sitting in a dentist's office with minimal anxiety since everyone made me feel so welcome and safe! I was even surprised that Dr. Martinez did my cleaning, as she likes to for all her first time clients. I overall enjoyed my first time and will be looking forward to returning.
Joan is a terrific hygienist. The office staff is very friendly and are excellent in their handling of insurance matters. I'm commited to using their services.
Considering I hate going to the dentist, this experience was as good as could be expected.
Great professionalism
The best cleaning I have ever had. It was so thorough and hygienist took her time, explained things as she was cleaning and she gave me her undivided attention. The rest of the staff was pleasant, eager to please and very helpful. Of course Dr. Martinez is the best.
