I also got a no notice collection hit on my report from these guys. I had a mail notice back in March & I called with Tricare with the company's number on the listed mail. I was told it had been handled and was given a reference number that it had been FIXED. After that notice, I never received any other documentation of expenses owed. I was told everything was GOOD. Trash billing
If zero stars was an option I would use it! As other's have mentioned claim was not submitted correctly to insurance. Insurance called them and they would not change it. I didn't have a choice on who read my radiology report, it was just sent to these people. So no choice to use them or not, then they can't bill correctly, then they wont change the bill even when the insurance company is telling them what is wrong with the filed claim. This company is a disgrace. They emailed to let me know a screening mammogram from last year had been denied. I never received a bill or EOB explaining how on earth this happened when my insurance pays for such—and I’ve held the same insurance for almost a decade now, and never had this problem before. The lady that answered my call could not answer my questions when I pressed for more information.
