Northwest 5 Points Radiology Associates. APPOINTMENT TIME is the issue. I was advised to be there by 7:55 am. I preregistered online. Apparently my appointment wasn't until 8.15. I was not told that. Why do we have to be there 20 minutes early when all registration is completed online before the appointment and before we even get there? When I arrive I wait.
