If there were zero stars, that's what I would pick. The employees in the records department are very incompetent and really need to be fired. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to send a cd to my surgeon and I keep getting excuse after excuse. If you live in or near Corpus Christi, Texas, I would suggest you find another radiology company rather than this one

Northwest 5 Points Radiology Associates. APPOINTMENT TIME is the issue. I was advised to be there by 7:55 am. I preregistered online. Apparently my appointment wasn't until 8.15. I was not told that. Why do we have to be there 20 minutes early when all registration is completed online before the appointment and before we even get there? When I arrive I wait. I get up ask what they delay is and am told my appointment isn't until 8:15. I sit back down and wait some more. All along as I am waiting BEFORE I even ask what the del... read more

they sent my invoice to collections while we were still working with my incurance to get the rest of the bill paid, i was well past my deductible and they were so impatient they sent it to collections and were rude all through the process. if you can use someone else do or you will regret it. now my formerly perfect credit has a blemish it should not have.
