I am praying I do not get covid after having to get an MRI here yesterday. The patients during MRIs do not wear masks and they do not even allow for 5 min between tests-this virus is known to be airborne 3 hours. They should provide each patient an mri safe facemask and make it mandatory during the tests! Patients are being put into a tube for 30 minutes where someone else was just laying minutes without a mask. RecommendedVery nice people and from the front desk to the techs, everyone was extra kind. There was one rather rude, loud woman and the front desk folk were very gentle with her. The tech was very gentle, knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. A very good place to go!
Ultrasound tech was amazing. Fast and friendly.
Trying to get x-rays done. Attempted to make an appointment in advance in order to expedite process. Request was refused. Arrived for x-ray & was told had 20 min wait since 3 people were ahead of me. Ended up waiting an hr. Ugh!
The staff is so kind and helpful. They show so much compassion and are very understanding. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Poor front desk service, more interested in talking to each other than assisting customers. Too long of a wait for walk in services.
