Billing department is a joke, paid off 2.5 years ago and you send my bill to collections saying you tried to reach me several times. I doubt that severely since collections just blindsided me with this. Tried calling multiple numbers with no answer. I have no issue paying but I just want to make sure Im not getting double billed or something because this is just fishy.
Absolutely Horrible. They don't deserve 1 star. Billing nightmare. I have now tried 4 times to get them to bill my insurance. Unless you are looking for a company to ding your credit, don't use these folks.
I’m taking these people to court. I paid of my $190 balance two years ago but they still want to tell collections I owe them $200. Like they out of here.
Radiology Associates of Frederick cannot get billing straight. Ever. Numerous pains with the exact same issue over the years. Just took my Mom for mammogram at branch facility of local hospital. Despite showing both insurance cards, RAF got them both wrong, or used some really old data from years ago, and billed for the full balance. RAF and hospital are not taking. ZERO STARS - they immediately send you to collections without submitting to insurance. And it's borderline impossible to get in touch with them.
