I could give zero star if I could. They are contracted with UHC and got paid from them for the claims they submitted. Based on their agreement with UHC they should bot bill me for that as it is 100% covered by my insurance. They want me to pay $286 for basic yearly mammogram that is 100% covered by insurance. They will have to remove that of course but the headache that is causing me is not worth going there. Avoid!!
