The staff is very friendly and helpful... especially the woman at The front desk... The facility is a little out dated but it is very clean. I had a doppler of my leg done and the woman was very sweet... I would recommend this place to anyone.
People that work in the office are nice but their billing dept sucks!! My husband and I unfortunately have to use them frequently so we keep our bills paid up to date. Well yesterday I got 2 CREDIT COLLECTION company bills, for bills I NEVER received from RA, from services back in january! One for 11.00 one for 32.00. Had I gotten the bills I would have pd them. Now I'm in collections ruining our credit for those 2 Little bills!!!! Today they tell me they changed billing company. LIKE THAT HELPS ME NOW!!
Loved this place nicer than one by my house in Riverview that I've been to. My tech was very nice i didn't get her name but she did my MRI and wore glasses. She did awesome job to make sure I was comfortable.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible problems trying to get a bogus bill corrected.
Quick, professional & the offices had a real homey feel. I would recommend this place to anyone! Was in & out within a half hour!!

Do NOT use West Pasco Radiology Associates. They do not produce reports, their billing practices are at best questionable, and if there is a billing dispute, they turn over to aggressive collection agency to ruin your credit rating, no questions asked.
