I received a mammograms/ultrasound at the advisement of a doctor and was visiting what I thought was an extension of genesis. Noone ever asked for my insurance. I get a several hundred dollar statement 6 months after the fact that I now have to fully pay out of pocket. I have excellent insurance that would have drastically cut this cost for me.
