The office staff can be very rude, they act as if you are interrupting their day by making any inquiries. The actual x-ray techs were more than polite and very friendly. But to get to the techs you have to deal with the office staff. I will certainly Never go back here for treatment. As a veteran I must say it it is wonderful that the VA will pay local hospitals instead of having us traveling to Pittsburgh but radiology caused a billing problem by not letting the billing unit know it was approved by the VA so I got the run a... read more
