If there were zero stars, that's what I would pick. The employees in the records department are very incompetent and really need to be fired. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to send a cd to my surgeon and I keep getting excuse after excuse. If you live in or near Corpus Christi, Texas, I would suggest you find another radiology company rather than this one
