At the entrance a sign was posted that cell phones were not allowed, however, all 7 people in the lobby were using their phones!. The reception employees seemed very bored and annoyed when patients came to the window. They would have to send them to the far side of the room to register on a clipboard. As most of the patients appeared to be older with physical and visual limitations, I suggest you place the "check in here" clipboard near the entrance maybe on a stand or sign that will be seen right at the entrance.
