Today was my first Biopsy, They all have treated me so well. I underwent a breast MRI in the Druker building on August 21 at 11:15am. The initial staff member who escorted me to the exam room was kind and considerate. However, I encountered a different experience with the technician, a young Asian woman with medium-length straight hair. While attempting to find a comfortable position on the table due to discomfort in my rib cage, She said repeatedly, "this has to be it, this has to be it". It was a horrible, unprofessional MAM experience. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't answer my question about how long the wait would be and left while I was talking to her. She said I was late even though I verified with my phone text appointment and I was exactly on time. She let others get in front of me so I had to wait longer than expected . Wow- best experience ever for mammography check up: heated gown, heated gels, 3D, no freezing air con, comfortable atmosphere and lighting AND impressively friendly staff. And with answers before leaving !
