Waste of time. Cancels the appointment on the day that was scheduled weeks in advance. IF management cared they would be checking other locations to arrange same day appointments, especially ones that require fasting. Not my job to do that. Get reliable employees who show up on Fridays, instead of calling in for 3 day weekends. And management should be able to find accommodations as well. Kaiser should offer compensation for this. Wasted my time and money.
