Unfortunately I found making an appointment or speaking to a live person impossible which is a shame because once you are there, it is a very good experience. But getting a hold of someone or scheduling an appointment online did not work for me as they did not recognize my MD’s address. I am giving only a 2 star rating as I found the communication process unacceptable.
