Called to try and schedule a CT scan and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I wanted to know the appointment availability to determine if I would proceed to book an appointment (I don't have time to wait). I attempted to explain that my insurance does not require pre-authorization and that I could walk-in, but I could not even complete my sentence before being interrupted and spoken down to like I'm some kind of idiot.
