Great experience, very professional!
The facility is clean, the staff is very professional. I was nervous to go, but was pleased with how I was treated.
Horrible Billing Department. Apparently American Radiology has sent a bill that my Insurance Company has paid to collections. This bill has been paid. The bill is from 1/30/16 and was for a sonogram done in Howard County General. They were supposed to call me a week ago with what was going on. The insurance company has sent them multiple letters saying it is paid. They have yet to actually mail me what they seem to believe I still owe.
