The staff was so friendly and polite very professional. Made me feel like they really care. I would recommend Fresno imagining to everyone that needs their service.
Waiting on the phone to set up an appointment for 30 minutes is entirely unacceptable. However, On my last visit once I was in to the x-rays room the staff member was cordial and appeared to be expertly handling her job.
I'm giving 1 star because unfortunately we do not get the option of 0 stars. Where do I start? Office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not know the lady's name that was doing the ultrasounds on 9/24 at 8:30 am but I can tell you this, if you are having such a bad day that you take it out on patients just stay home. You are supposed to help people and make them feel safe. You failed to do this. You were extremely rude and just down right ugly, not to mention unprofessional. Had an ultrasound today and the technician was so nice and told me everything step by step. All the years of me having ultrasound done I’ve never experienced good care like this.
My wife & I were scheduled to see our 5th baby at an ultra sound which also reveals the gender (Diagnostic Radiological Imaging Elk Grove). It is always a fun exciting time for us as we get to do together. It wasn't until we got past the front waiting room and into the back when they wouldn't let me (husband & father) in. They said that via c- rules that they are not allowed to be with people for longer than 10 minutes (saying that it was transmissible after 10 min.) and I wasn't allowed and that would cause more c- problems... read more
