The individuals at this location couldn’t have been nicer from the ladies at the front office to Dasia and Joanna. Really appreciate the professionalism from start to finish.
Secretary was very helpful in searching for my mediCal card # on her computer because I forgot the card @ home. My x-ray tech was thorough & did a great job, I appreciated the quick turnaround because I’m in pain due to my fractured & separated bones.
I was in and out quickly and without delays. Very courteous, professional and polite staff who made a sometimes uncomfortable and dreadful (but necessary) procedure/visit, a very pleasant one.
My only complaint would be that the dressing rooms to change into scrubs for MRI had all broken latches. The curtains would not close all the way and it was extremely uncomfortable to be exposed that way while having to remove my bra and shirt. I hope this gets fixed right away.

My wife has appointment 10:45 AM we got there 20 minutes earlier. My wife is diabetics when they make appointment they told us she’s not eat anything for eight hours. We were waiting for one and a half hours over there nobody care I asked the clerk, Why why have a hard time here because she is waiting long here but the ladies working over there in the front desk don’t care. The person making exam she was wonderful woman.
it was first rate other than the long wait o it was like i was saved to be the last patient
On the phone, I was given inaccurate information and was told I could walk in. When I got there front desk staff were not helpful and rude, without even trying to correct the situation. I asked for office manager and she corrected it and got me in. She and the technician were professional and polite and did their jobs. They get the 4 star. The low ratings are for the lobby staff and phone staff.
