They were not clear about the cost of treatment and trying to get them to take my insurance over the phone has been a pain. I have called twice. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes each time and then the phone hangs up. Using their website it doesn't allow me to update insurance it just allows me pay for the bill. I hate the American Healthcare system and this company reaffirms those ideals!
