SCAM - I paid a bill online through their service and now cannot reach anyone to get a proper receipt. All contact details on web or through the Baptist Hospital are invalid. After 5 days of trying, I am filing a fraud complaint with credit card to have the charge reversed.
My wife went to then in June... Insurance paid $500... Left a balance of $175. I got a bill and paid $50 2 wks ago. Today I get a threatening letter stating that they were going to send to collections if not paid within 30 days. Yea, right.. Going to sell that little bit to collections for maybe $.25 on the dollar and smear my credit for 7 yrs just to get $25...petty!!! Will never go there or recommend them. Shabby, petty way to do business...STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!
