We were hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. My dad needed a work up on his shoulder and they were able to get him in right away. The girls at the front desk were really accommodating and easy to work with. The tech was fantastic with my dad who isnt always the easiest to get to appointments. We will be using them in the future.
Technician was great but the office seems chaotic, poorly managed and they NEVER pick up the phone. Despite being affiliated with Mount Sinai, they are not using Mount Sinai My Chart as a form of communication and they still use fax machines?
my doctor Friedman told me to go here for a test, been getting jerked around since Wednesday, most incompetent office they wont give me an appointment or call me back, give me different numbers to call. I normally deal with ZWANGER with no problems but my doctor is making me use a place that doesnt want business.I cant keep food down im throwing up and no help from you people.
