Similar to other reviews, I received a bill months ago and went to pay it over their phone system (they did not have an online option to pay the bill - can you believe that?!) and when I called their phone service was "down", so I called back a month later and the same issue. Then all of a sudden I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency! Ridiculous communication.

Like everyone else said, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I paid my copay on site when services were rendered the day they were rendered. 6 months later I got called by a collection agency that they had sent the bill to a collection agency instead of me. I took a hit on my credit because they couldn’t be bothered to send me a bill. I have tricare prime, it should have absolutely been covered or at least made an attempt to contact me. Did not send me a bill. Sent it to the wrong address. Instead of clearing up their mistake by contacting the hospital, they sent it to collections. That is how I found out I had a bill, was by finding a delinquent account on my credit report. So, I reached out to them and cleared up their mistake a couple weeks ago, but they still haven't cleared up their mistake with the credit agencies or collections. This is all super shady.
