I never write reviews but i am absolutely disgusted by this company, the billing department is completely unprofessional and didnt submit to insurance. Nicole M. hung up on my insurance company twice while trying to fix the situation. Do not use their services!!
Arrogant staff beyond words from the top to reception. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; there are so many other and better options; the reviews speak for themselves.
Do not go they won’t have your imagines back in time and they DO NOT HELP!!!!
I contacted about a billing question. I requested a copy of an itemized bill as we had not received. The person told me they and already sent us a bill. I indicated I was unable to pay without an itemized bill and they hung up on me. Very unprofessional billing department.
