Would give zero if possible. He quoted me $40 and 4-6 weeks to fix a cd player. I had to call and check in three times with him to get him to even start working on it(I called in at the 6 week mark asking if it was done, and he told me he hadn’t even STARTED it, 6 weeks in, and told me to wait another 2 weeks. I called concerning an old Fisher x200 amplifier from the 1960s that I have. It was my late husband's and I didn't know anything about it or if it worked. He was patient and talked me through several steps to hook it up to the old speakers. I was amazed the old amplifier worked! Thank you for your time and expertise. I highly recommend him!

John recently fixed an small Samsung CRT of mine that is fairly rare and quite sought after at this point. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable -- he fixed an issue that I could have never diagnosed, let alone repaired myself. I found him to be a very sweet person in his own way -- this work is definitely something he cares a lot about. The optical out port on my LG TV wasn't working and I thought that it needed to be replaced. John gave me a very reasonable estimate and then suggested that I check my sound settings. I proceeded to another place where I was told that it would be too expensive to repair and that I should buy a new one for $700. Then I went to another store where they said that they only repair merchandise that is purchased there. After running out of my options I returned home and checked my settings.
