Misquoted installation costs not once but twice. Also asked us about backup screen when selling but not when installing. Of course it costs more to connect after the initial installation. Even then, misquoted the cost of connecting the back up camera to both my husband and I in separate phone calls, but managed to clarify the additional cost of “after the initial install” when we called for an appointment.
