Shane and Radil Construction never completed our job. We have called, emailed, and sent text messages for over a year. Shane was nice and responsive when he initially engaged but has left us with an incomplete outdoor kitchen. We are saddened and disappointed to have been ghosted and ripped off by Radil Construction after paying nearly $20,000 for an outdoor kitchen.
Shane ghosted us and didn't complete the job! We contacted him in APR/MAY and it's now OCT! How unprofessional is that! He took our deposit and put in the frame to our outdoor kitchen and haven't heard back from him since! I've now had to search for another company and have to pay more! Thanks Shane for nothing! Guess all the FB comments of you taking peoples money is not a lie!
I don’t know how this guy is even still open for business. He didn’t complete our outdoor kitchen either. Do not do business with this company.
Very unhappy with Shane the owner of Radil Construction he started our outdoor kitchen back in March and just stopped working on the job. He doesn't answer our calls, texts, or emails. So we are missing the whole essence of an outdoor kitchen like the refrigerator, grill and burner. I liked the guy and don't understand why he is treating us like this. This is how not to keep customers. He is a head of us in payment so we are out the money. Just be careful and not pay him too much money before the job is finished.
Requested a quote, replied to Radil owners question with a drawing and answers. No response for a week. Sent another inquiry. Zero response. Had read many less than glowing reviews, reviews are not always wrong.
