Very shady company. I had to take them to court and the commisioner awarded in my favor for over charges. I would not recommend having this company managing any property.
minutes ago Tim Radigan is a vile and disgusting pyschotic pig. I was his CFO and saw how repulsive he is. He is psychotic and every negative thing people say about him is true 100%. He scammed me into restructuring his alarmingly fraudulent books. He lured me away from a full time staff accountant job at an accounting firm. I restructured his entire accounting system and company to be legal and profitable, but when I refused to commit fraud on his behalf, by creating a fake invoices, he showed me the door.
