Horrible place!
I would give them a zero if I could. I scheduled an appointment, then had my follow up on May 13th. Right after the follow up, I received a treatment plan. Dana said she would follow up with me the following week, which she didn't. I called and I emailed numerous times, never heard from them. I even called and emailed the main office in Franklin, TN and still nothing. This place is a joke. They don't accept insurance and it will take you an act of congress to get them to send you a bill so you can file it on insurance yourse... read more
