I have used the Radical Storage app 6 times without any issues because it is convenient. However, today around 11 am, the cashier told me that food delivery bags are not accepted. If that was the rule, I should have been informed on my first visit, not after 6 visits. She also asked me to open my delivery bag, which seemed rude and unnecessary, especially since this is a luggage storage service. Good access from G:Link Cypress Avenue station. They are open 24 hours, very convenient.

I booked using the Radical Storage website. in the website it says that the adress is in. aplace called Ahava BUT there is no place with this name in the surrounds. Radical Storage took 3 hours to answer me back after I said I wasn`t finding this place. the only thing they did was send, after 3 hours, a link on google maps with the same adress i ALREADY HAD!! they could at least have sent a pic of the real entrance. It was easy and very convenient. The grocery store guy kept the bags and was quite flexible with the timings. Very helpful 👍
