We were traveling and still did not have a hotel room. We found this place that rented out their storage place for your bags, which allowed us to freely move around the city. It was convenient, the hotel staff were accommodating every time I asked to grab something from my bag and it was open 24 hrs. It took the stress out of carriage my luggage or leaving it unsecured. I recommend this place.
Came here hoping it would be an easy process based on prior reviews. I go to the store and the employee has no clue what I’m talking about and doesn’t even try to help. There were also no signs or anything indicating where the luggage drop off would be. Called the number provided - no answer. Tried to chat on the app and it was only AI, no humans. I even asked an employee in the store next door and he didn’t know either. I ended up having to find somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time and money.

Convenient.. we wanted to rent storage on Mission Beach but the 4 closest options were all closed. This place was easy to find and close to the airport so perfect for what we needed.
