Worst tire mounting/balance experience I’ve ever had. It took them 48 OUNCES of stick on weights to “balance” my brand new tires. FORTY-EIGHT freaking ounces between 4 tires! It’s important to note that these tires are well known to balance easy. 35x12.5r17 Maxxis razr A/T on like new 17x9 KMC wheels. They rattled like crazy. Took my friend a whopping 4.75 ounces between ALL 4 RIMS to actually balance them. Rides like butter now. I’m sure they do good work in other areas, but I’d leave the tire balancing to someplace else.
Shoutout to my man Clint Griffiths and his shop, Radical Ridez. Clint is an absolute perfectionist. It shows with the outcome of every vehicle that goes in his shop. The goal on my 87 GMC was to put in an audio system that jams without seeing any of the equipment, keeping the original look and let me tell you, controls are hidden but easily accessible, looks all original, and jams out like a new Bentley SUV. Well done Clint, as always and as expected. The standard at Radical Ridez is perfection and excellence. A++
