Amazing customer service! We had been trying to get retracting running boards for our 2025 Grand Cherokee Jeep for a year. This height challenged lady was having to use a step stool to get in the Jeep. When my husband walked into Radical Ridez, he was immediately met with, why yes we can get those. I have never had windows tinted before but a friend recommended Radical Ridz, this guy is one of the most professional dedicated business man I have come across. He knows his shit and tells you exactly what you’re going to get. About the tint, we got full ceramic and with any exaggeration you hardly need sunglasses and when you get in your car it’s 20 degrees cooler than when you don’t have tint. I’m pretty old so less glare at night not so bright in the day is a total upgrade. Highly recommended by me.
Came in for a steering wheel and lights install for my truck and something was wrong with my fuse. Dropped off early morning and they had my truck all day with no phone call no communication didn’t even install my lights or steering wheel but managed to fix the fuse then was rude to me about not wanting to book another day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!YOUR MONEY IS MUCH BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE SCUMMY PEOPLE!
