Bittersweet. Love the product but the shipping and handling is always a nightmare. I’ve been doing business with Radical for over 5 years and I will be the first to say that their lipsticks and pressed powders are very good. It’s the poor packing and shipping that ruins the experience for me. I have repeatedly received damaged goods …I can’t imagine their shrink numbers.
