I bought extended guarantee at this Dealership, since I sold the car early I requested a refund. RedShield sent them a check worth 1,574.37 dollars that they pocketed. After countless phone calls and being treated like dirt by some "Robert" I realized they robbed me. Report them to the DMV Investigations office so sooner or later we get them out of business like they deserve.
