The first week of July I called Radiator Warehouse about an air charger..Ms Tonda informed me that she had one and even went into details,pics,and dimensions to make sur it was correct...i was 90 miles away..the next day I picked it up..these people are SUPER NICE...even loaded it in truck...if you need something radiator, air, charger in that nature please call Ms Tonda at Radiator Warehouse...they are 5 star in my book...

Tonda Carter does not have good customer service! She didn't want to answer my questions on a defective radiator she claimed my mechanic broke it without looking at it! We lost the receipt and she said there's nothing she can do so I wanted to talk to somebody else and she said she ain't about to argue with me and I was arguing with her so I'm guessing she was arguing with me! She said I'm not about to go back and forth with me just because I asked questions about the policy I'll never shop at this ran down place again! I ho... read more
