Ordered a radiator because I thought mine would not stop leaking. For some reason it stopped right after I received the radiator that I ordered from Radiator Express. It was $750 because it’s a replica of a ‘55 Chevy ( everything is expensive for it). I sent 3 emails about returns before I ever got a response. They said I’d have to pay to send it back and there’s a 20% restocking fee. That’s $150 plus shipping. I never took it out of the box. They have a terrible return policy. You pay for an item and it's shipping. Things change, your out shipping both ways and then they charge you 20% after all that. Could you imagine if local stores did that. It's bad business practice. As putting something back into stock actually costs a business. I know, I was a business owner. Go elsewhere as if things change you'll be taken too.

There all aluminum tig welded radiators don't last and they won't warranty after a year, spent over $500 that's 5 times what one would cost at AutoZone for it to only last a couple years and them to tell me 12 month warranty. I won't be buying anymore radiators here. It's rare I leave a bad review but this place deserved another, their ratings speak for themselves. Never received my order they refused to help and will end the chat saying there to busy to help and telling me the actual department is supposed to help learn customer service before selling Josh was his name
