RecommendedMy husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer at UAB in Birmingham Al . We were told he only had 2 to 3 months to live .. then our general practitioner wanted to put him on hospice . He wanted to fight so none of this was an option.We were given no options so we decided to seek a second opinion. Vanderbilt was our choice. We did not know what to expect and prayers were for God to guid us. We were referred to Oncologists Doctor Christine Lovy . She was honest, compassionate and gave us possibly options.
