My name is Doug, a contractor who used Radiation Data for the first time. The job was on a high end home. Dave Letcher came out to the site and figured out the best placement for the system without interfering with the aesthetics and looks of the home. He suggested high end hardware and cover, which was much easier on the eyes then looking at the motor hanging on the side of the home. Also was negotiable with me on the total cost of the job. I would never ever recommend this company. Unprofessional, Poor quality of work. Lack integrity. VERY SAD!
Test was easy, very reasonable and the results came back fast.
Very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish! Joe and his partner were great!
So far not impressed! System was installed, radon level is still high! Poor communicators, owner had dental work and never truly followed up! You get passed around and they don't communicate within their company! Still waiting to be contacted! They also replaced sump pump, which we didn't want them to scrap and haven't returned it!
I was very impressed with the follow through and integrity of this company. In particular the owner James Gibson. Keith was the technician that performed the job. Thank you.
