Yesterday I joined the workshop Yoga for dancer facilitated by Malaika. What an amazing experience!!! I've been practising yoga for several years now, and I've never encountered such a unique approach!! I connected to the essence of the natural movements of my body. I felt my free spirit awakening! As well we were honoured by having life music by John. What a delight! Infinite gratitude for having this opportunity at Radiantly Alive Studio! Really looking forward for more classes like this!

Amazing Staff with a great selection of styles of yoga. Recommend for people of all levels. The biggest difficulty will be choosing classes. F
however i practice ashtanga at home i did vinyasa flow and sky(aerial) yoga on the same day and both were superb but challenging. thanks for instructors finally my lower-back got back to normal state after 2.5 months of traveling . :)
