Bought a system and I appreciate their tech support.
I purchased a Radiantec Heating system for my wood shop (1600 sq ft) 21 years ago. The package they sent me was amazingly easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. In the years since I have owned the system, I have not had any issues with my heat. The system has required a only couple of maintenance checks and has performed flawlessly. I'm a first time DIY'er my first question I asked was "I am looking for some recommendations on proper sizing of lines and equipment". The first sentence out of their mouth was "If you aren't buying from us, we will not answer any questions". At this point I was actually looking forward to purchasing a whole system including all materials from this company however if they can't even help me out, I have no issues taking my business elsewhere.
