Radiantec is an outstanding company! Thanks to the efficiency of the system I purchased from them, I've saved thousands of dollars on utility bills each year. Their customer service is excellent—though honestly, you probably won't need it. The only issue I ever encountered was a frozen condensate line, which turned out to be the result of an installation error by my contractor. Fortunately, Radiantec stepped in and guided him through the fix. Truly impressive support!
They have all the parts that I have needed and have always been willing to assist over the phone with issues that I have had.

I purchased a Radiantec Heating system for my wood shop (1600 sq ft) 21 years ago. The package they sent me was amazingly easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. In the years since I have owned the system, I have not had any issues with my heat. The system has required a only couple of maintenance checks and has performed flawlessly.
