i had a wonderful experience. the waxing service was highly accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout. my technician Brandi was professional, gentle, and attentive, checking in throughout to make sure i was okay. overall, the level of care and comfort they provided made a big difference, and i’d definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a positive and considerate experience! especially, for first timers.
