Great experience! This is the least painful waxing I’ve found in North Carolina. Everyone is always friendly, the location is always inviting and well organized. Highly recommend!
I usually go to the Radiant Waxing location in Fenton and it’s great. However, I didn’t have as great of an experience here. The technician didn’t talk much, which isn’t a big deal, but I also told her the wax was too hot and she just ignored me. The wax itself was more painful than usual, which may have been because she started the service about 15 minutes late and she was rushing. Dominique was super nice and friendly. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about after care. I will definitely be returning.
It was an okay wax, my wax lady left lots of hair and the wax was WAYYY too hot, not to mention she was very dry with the conversation so it was kinda awkward. I don’t mind radiant wax I would just choose a different stylist next time.
