Dominique was super nice and friendly. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about after care. I will definitely be returning.
It was an okay wax, my wax lady left lots of hair and the wax was WAYYY too hot, not to mention she was very dry with the conversation so it was kinda awkward. I don’t mind radiant wax I would just choose a different stylist next time.
This was my second time here and, unfortunately, it still wasn’t a great experience :/ My wax tech was super nice but left a lot for me to tweeze/shave when I got home, plus my legs had a lot of wax residue still on them. I’d also asked her to leave certain areas untouched and she didn’t. There wasn’t time to correct the issues since she was booked with back-to-back appointments. Considering this place was also $20 more than my usual spot, I probably won’t be coming back.
Alexis is the best of the best. I have been doing Brazilians all wrong without her, and have had them done since 2013. She was so friendly and professional, and swift yet thorough. She made the time go by so fast and was lovely company despite a usually anxious procedure. 10/10 will be coming back to her!
