Was able to book an appointment the very same day (on the weekend too!). The online booking was super user friendly as well. Maya was very professional, quick and super friendly! I have a young puppy and my husband was able to wait with her in the lobby. We are super grateful because it was around 80 degrees outside that day! Super accommodating! I’ve been coming to Radiant Waxing for at least 8 years! Natalie is my girl and does my brows and lip on a monthly basis but I have also had bikini waxes done and no matter the service, she always goes a fantastic job! All their staff are friendly and talented. Highly recommend if you live in Alameda!
The staff are always friendly and want you to have the best experience possible. I’m a pretty private person, so having someone look at your girl ‘down there’ can be a little scary. I’ve always felt comfortable here and the facility is very clean. I also think that radiant waxing is reasonably priced and has excellent/talented estheticians. Jessenia is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable at all times, and provides excellent recommendations.
