This place has the worst turnover. The last time I went, the waxer had only been working there for a week (and it was very evident). I had SO much hair left. My eyebrows are also uneven. It also was super painful. I’ve been getting waxed for over a decade. I know what pain is normal and what is not. This waxer was very inexperienced (but sweet). I don’t know what has happened to this place. Every time we have new staff. My husband and I had waxing with a new girl on a Sunday .I had my cheeks and sideburns waxed. My husband had his nose waxed. When we left his nose was bleeding a little and my face was very red and hot. I applied Benadryl cream when I got home. 24 hours later on Monday I went back in and showed them my face. They gave me some cream. I wanted to speak to the manager. All my favorite waxers left due to poor management and an owner who doesn't care for the place or their clients
My mother and I have both had our last 2-3 appointments cancelled on us last minute. Today my mom had an appointment, got there at 4 only to find that the doors were locked. She sat and waited for almost half an hour before leaving. She received no message or call about her appointment being cancelled or changed.
Alyssa was a wonderful was technician. She spent time to insure I was perfect for what I desired. She was friendly and professional.
