They refuse service because I wouldn’t wear a mask. There was a elder lady in there, that also refused to wear a mask. They didn’t refuse her service.

This is the first time I am possibly reviewing about a Healthcare professional, never thought I would, definitely a worst experience for my Wife and I in our lifetime. Surgeon does not respond promptly, only works in this location 2 days a week. Does not matter how many calls you make after your initial appointment, frontdesk will ask you to post questions on Portal and no follow up after that, just waiting for the Surgeon's mercy to reply back at her free time only. I am so very happy with Dr. Kim and her staff! My surgery went great due to Dr. Kim’s skill, attention to detail and empathetic nature. Though I was in a great deal of pain before surgery, I was worried about surgery, specifically the resulting scars. Dr. Kim took the time to listen intently to my concerns and validated my feelings regarding the change that would occur to my body. I very happy to say the surgery was a great success!
