Great so far I’ll leave review after we finish renting Update after : I finally moved but honestly I do not recommend this storage I was advertisement for 70$ a month that was fine , I started getting emails my bill was 100$ or more and they did not mind to put teams out in the rain over a missed one day payment I don’t like that , it’s also very little space to get in or out , also the storage comes dirty , so many bugs and stuff ate wood on my furniture and cloths I had to leave it this storage was no secure it was old it ... read more
BEWARE !!! This is by FAR the worst company I’ve ever dealt with . # 1 when you get a unit a overlock will be on it so you will need to contact them to take it off problem is… they don’t have customer service they will never answer the phone you will talk to Ai the whole time and she keep lying and saying all the reps are busy right now ughhhh I just want my refund and THIS company will NEVER hear from me again

The reason I give 4 stars is because I have had some difficulties in the past with the facility. Have life happen can be hard. Luckily I was able to get the help we needed to keep our keepsakes OURS. Sometimes you get blessed but an agent that actually cares. Idk who I talked to yesterday afternoon but bless them.
