Shockingly disgusting. We booked an indoor climate controlled unit online and when we moved in, there were rat droppings everywhere. Every unit’s door sweep is chewed through and doesn’t even reach the floor, so nothing is being kept out. When we got into the unit it was covered in rat droppings, urine stained concrete, and a melted dead rat in the middle of the unit. Been using this company since November 2024, and so far so good. They also have insurance on the units that you can bump up if you need more coverage. Prices I think are more than fair.
Had difficulty getting our code to work. A thunderstorm had passed within the previous 15 minutes. It must have affected the gate opening. Another vehicle stopped & asked is it still not opening?? I also called & answering service recording came on. I'm little older & like to speak with a person. No Luck...tried 3 times
Great place! 10/10. Never had any problems with my things being stored here. The staff is also very friendly!
The payment portal is great. We have never had an issue with the storage area and always have great results off we have questions. You actually get a person to talk to. You all are great!
