0 stars for insane rate increases + a couple of stars for the property being safe and well-maintained. We moved in 11/2024 with a rate of $58/mo. This went up to $83/mo around April/May 2025, then up to $108/mo 10/1/2025. Now it's going up to $118.80/mo 4/1/2026!!! That is more than double what we signed up for barely over a year ago. The annual inflation rate was maybe 3%, not upwards of 100%.
This is a good place to have your items stored
My unit was broken into, person climbed over the wall between units. Because the lock was not broken, the faulty insurance that Radiant storage provides said they would not cover the cost of the stolen items. Even with police report and proof of someone else accessing the unit. Radiant storage has not returned my calls or responded with the request for legal representative contact. Its been over 3 months. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY, common occurrence.
I forget who helped me but she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Im extremely pleased with my experience
