I decided to use this facility because it was family operated and I thought they would have morals. First it wouldn't let me sign the lease agreement on my phone but they dang sure took the money off my account. This morning I spoke to an Ashley and was told I would only be able to access my stuff in the climate controlled building from 8-5 Monday-Saturday. When I told her I didnt think that would be acceptable for me to which she replied "We dont give refunds." So be careful. They got 54 off of me, but they wont get anymore... read more
The manager Ashley is amazing she a true blessing just be honest and communicate with her, she will help you the best she can and I never felt so safe about my property and nothing never happened to it since she’s been there 🫶🫶
