Two years ago, a guy knocked on our door and asked us if we'd like a free roof inspection. He wasn't selling anything, and he wasn't pushy either. We said yes. He did the inspection and let us know that our roof looked fine. I thanked him for the inspection. I thought "wow! what an honest fella." Two years later, he came by again and asked the same thing.
