Very bad experience in was pay over 1100 dollars and they told me I would get 2 more cleaning for free because I’m supposed pay for simile plan , and when I came back they changed me again they’re 🤥 not recommending
I was told I had cavities and I believe was to charge me extra to fill them. I went to another dentist and mentioned I did NOT have cavities. She was very rough while examining my teeth and will never be back!
My first time here I saw a male dentist and he was great! It doesn't seem he works here anymore and the woman (Dr Sheth I think) gave me the worst dental experience I've ever had. She was really dismissive and when she did my cleaning she went so fast that I was in pain the entire time and sore for the day. I've never had pain from a cleaning before! I also felt pressured by the front office staff to sign up for some sort of medical credit card/financing that I had to repeatedly decline. I will never go back.

Nice place! Definitely prefer Dr. Alfaro - he is amazing! Staff is super nice and friendly. I would recommend! EDIT: I made that review a year or two ago and have since been back. I don't think Dr. Alfaro practices here anymore and my dentist was a new lady. I honestly still have no words for my experience even though it was several months ago. I do not remember her name, but she was watching the TV on the screen across from my chair the ENTIRE time. I guess she didn't realize that I kept staring at her every time she paused... read more
