DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Shoddy work, zero accountability, and contract loopholes. If you need a roof that is actually going to last, DO NOT USE Radiant Roofing. My home was a brand-new M/I Homes build completed in December 2020. Shortly after moving in, I had a roof leak in my garage that caused water damage. Radiant Roofing came out and supposedly "fixed" it in 2023. Fast forward to May 2026: after recent heavy rains, the exact same leak is back in the exact same spot.
