After 8 weeks of a nightmarish remodel following a broken pipe, Spencer stepped in to turn things around. Frankly, I was on the verge of legal action in an attempt to get the project finished. Had a horrible experience with Mr Martel, very combative and unprofessional. Reached out to the owner, Austin, who was very arrogant, and said he would stand by his warranty, which I’m still waiting for that work to be redone. On doing some digging, a month ago came across their attempts of having positive reviews by having family and friends post on their behalf. Of course all the reviews were “highly recommended “ “ great customer service”. This just goes to show the shady business they are running. 0/10 NOT Recommended
