Rusty and his team are very polite, prompt, and professional. We were 10 days away from closing on the sale of our house when the buyers inspection found hail damage on the roof. In 5 days Radiant Roofing replaced the roof and discovered that the solar light was not properly installed, so they fixed it too! They also made sure that we only had to pay our deductible. Outstanding company and people!
I’m writing this review to warn potential and current customers of Radiant Roofing about a major issue we experienced due to their negligence. During a recent storm, we noticed significant water leaking from our ceiling. We immediately arranged for an emergency inspection, only to discover that Radiant Roofing completely failed to install a microwave vent on our roof—a critical component that has been missing since the home was completed in November 2023. Radiant replaced our roof a few years ago. It’s held up well and the few shingles that did come loose (after some bad storms) they came out and replaced or nailed back down for free. Very professional and a pleasure to work with!
After calling around to several businesses I decided to go with radiant roofing. They sent out Stephen, who was very professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was absolutely stress free. I 100% recommend this team if you’re in need of any roofing assistance.
